Being a teacher is like being a gardener. At the beginning of the year, you are given seeds. You have to plant them, nurture them, give them just the right amount of sunlight, and only then will those seeds turn into beautiful flowers. Just like different types of flowers, each child requires unique attention in order for them to grow properly. Being a teacher is planting ideas inside the heads of students and watching them grow.
